Learn to play the mountain dulcimer in four easy classes. The dulcimer is held on your lap and is fretted and strummed like a guitar but much simpler. Playing a musical instrument can provide you with hours of enjoyment and satisfaction. You will learn a wide variety of tunes including fiddle, gospel, folk, bluegrass and children’s tunes. No need to be able to read music, a system of numbers and tablature is used to play the music. Loaner dulcimers are available at no cost for the duration of the lessons.
