Do you love books AND
food?? We do, too! This year we will be hosting an
Edible Book Experience at the library. Join in the festivities by entering our
second annual Edible Book Contest, and/or voting in the competition.
Ages 18 and up are invited to participate in this event, which will feature artistic, edible creations inspired by book covers, characters, themes, etc., of any size, shape or ingredient. If it’s edible, you can use it. Just bring in a book creation on the day of the event.
Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 creations in both public and staff categories. Library users will vote on staff entries and staff will vote on public entries.
Event schedule:
10 am -4:30 pm - Edible Book Contest entry drop-off/set-up
5 pm – 6:30 pm – Public viewing and voting
